2016 was an exciting year for the Macdonalds and 2017 promises to be even more exciting. Read below to see what happened to us over the past year:

Adrian Wins the Boston Marathon!

| The Greater Boston Track Club won the Team Championship in the 2016 Boston Marathon. Adrian was the third member of the team, placing 74th overall with a time of 2:35.48. |

As we do most years we went to Castine for a while this summer. As is usually the case, Richard, Laura, and George joined us for part of it and this year Adrian came for a bit as well. Hugh was busy on Martha's Vineyard with more important things, his engagement.

Adrian moved to Colorado with Nikki. Although they could have driven, flown, or taken the train, they choose to hike there by way of the Oregon Desert Trail:
